A robust legislative framework

The LUXEMBOURG HIGH SECURITY HUB operates under the supervision of Luxembourg Customs and is subject to a tax and customs framework which requires that goods can only access and leave the HUB through a Licenced Operators.

Each entry and exit of goods has to be declared to Customs by the Licensed Operators. Customs are physically present at the HUB. The Licensed Operators keep a detailed inventory documenting the movements and physical locations of stored goods, which is shared in real time with Customs Officers onsite.

The LUXEMBOURG HIGH SECURITY HUB and its Licensed Operators are subject to anti money laundering laws.
